About Us
The Company was formed in 1996 by Mr Anil Bhargava and Mrs Anju Bhargava to provide Management Consultancy on cost reduction Measures, effective use of manpower and assets, Turnkey jobs for bringing out an ethical company from nearly Sick company to a profitable company. Later on supported by family professionals Rajat Bhargava and Deepa Bhargava.
Mr Anil Bhargava has over 4 decades of experience from 1977 to 2005 in working in Various Private Organisations in India, looking after Adminstration; Marketing; Sales; Material;, Exports of Engineering Products, Garments, Madeups, Fruit Pulp, Leather Goods; Finance etc.
The Whole Sale Trading Business started from Dec 2005 in Paperboard while dealing with paperboard mills like:
M/s Anand Duplex Ltd, M/s Sidharth Papers Pvt Ltd, and Offset Printing Inks manufactured by M/s Sakata Inx India Ltd, in the year 2010 Waste Paper Management of Large Printing Houses was started, thereafter in 2014 the company joined hand with M/s Polyplex Corporation Ltd an Indian MNC for Polyester Film business to Packaging Customers.
In 2019 our company has joined hands with Japanese group company, M/s Mitsui Chemicals India Pvt Ltd, to expand their foot print in solving the environment pollution by selling and marketing their Bio Degradable Coatings for Food Packaging a Product to replace Polycoating in Papercups, etc with Aqueos based coatings.
In 2019 we are also Joining hands with M/s APP (India) Paper Private Limited For their Specialty Papers to cater the needs of the industry. We also deal in Products manufactured by: ITC Limited(PSPD) Division, J K Papers, Bilt, etc
In 2019 we are joining hands with messages Yansefu inks & Coatings Pvt Limted for there inks, coatings and adhesives for the packaging industry
Trading Business
We are open to International indenting, trading business. We have godowns and hold stock of of Hundreds of Tons in Stock at Delhi. For logistics we have own arrangments with local Truck/Tempos with Labour to deliver at customers’ end.

This Company
We provide help in solving customer’s problems as and when needed. We help in suggesting various types of Boards to be used based on final carton requirement based on contents and weight of product to be packed.
We have arrangements for providing solutions for Designing cartons with sustainability.
